Return & Refund Policy

At BAGUXE, we strive to ensure that every customer has a pleasant shopping experience. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.

1. Order Cancellation

Once an order has been processed and shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.

To request a cancellation after your order has been submitted without a valid reason will not be entertained. If you wished to cancel your order due to wrong shipping address input, please contact us immediately at support@baguxe.com with your order number. While a refund may not be possible once the order has been processed, you may request to exchange the item for another product of a similar value, where applicable.

2. Returns 

(We are unable to accommodate returns for international shipping at this time)

As our products are fulfilled by our trusted international suppliers, returns are accepted only under certain conditions.

You may request a return (Local shipping) or replacement if:

  • The item arrives damaged

  • The item is defective

  • The wrong item was sent

Requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the item.

To initiate a return request, please contact us with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos or videos of the product

  • A description of the issue

Once reviewed, we will advise on the next steps.

To be eligible for any return, the item(s) must be in its original purchase condition as such: unused, unmarked, unaltered, free of any stains (e.g. make-up, pen ink) or scents, and in its original packaging. Original delivery box or any alternative box should be used for returns, physical exchange is not available.

You are responsible for the costs of sending the item(s) back to us (unless in the case of incorrect / defective items). Kindly note that we are not responsible for item(s) lost or unlocatable before they reach us; therefore, we recommend using a trackable delivery method for your returns.

3. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and logistical reasons, the following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items that have been used or worn

  • Items damaged due to customer misuse

  • Items without original packaging

  • Items purchased during clearance or promotional sales (unless defective)

4. Refunds

If your refund request is approved, we may offer one of the following solutions:

  • Replacement item

  • Partial refund

  • Full refund

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.

Please allow 15-30 business days for the refund to appear in your account depending on your payment provider.

5. Lost or Missing Packages

If your order does not arrive within 45 days of shipment, please contact us.

We will work with our supplier and shipping partners to investigate the issue and arrange for a replacement or refund where appropriate.

6. Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.

If an incorrect address is provided and the order has already been shipped, we may not be able to offer a refund or replacement.

7. Order Issues

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can resolve the issue promptly.
